Hilton Mexico City Santa Fe

I liked the location, not too far from the centre (though during weekdays traffic can be horrendous so can take up a lot of time, e.g. from international airport to this hotel during rains and rushhour, took us about 1.5 hours). Very close to largest (?) mall of Mexico City and easy to get out of the city. Hotel has nice gym and pool on top level and good Executive lounge on 9th floor. I’d like to nominate Jonathan for the best concierge award of the Hilton Hotel chains. He is really keen to provide you the best possible options for sightseeing and also does not hesitate to call off a tour if not worthwhile (due to rains e.g.). Ubers to the airport and city centre, mall, readily available.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. The facilities are all well maintained and the food is great. This is our third time here and we will definitely be back.

The rooms are lovely, very quiet, comfy beds. The breakfast buffet was also great. Staff very friendly.

The front desk staff were always welcoming and helpful in arranging transport to the airport.
